ABOUT KRISTIN
Kristin Sladek, MS, RDN is an internet based dietitian practicing general nutrition but specializing in women's nutrition from aldolesence through menopause.

MY STORY
FOOD AND GOOD HEALTH HAVE BEEN A PASSION FOR ME MY WHOLE LIFE
In college, I took two nutrition classes and the subject came so naturally that I signed on and decided that nutrition would be my career. I received my BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University followed by a MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Maine, Orono where I did my Dietetic Internship.

In the summer of 2021 I chose to move back into the work place but by opening a private practice online where I can offer clients a wide variety of services from wherever life takes me and them. I realize many of us are living crazy lives so I am hoping to fit into the modern lifestyle.

I found as I have aged that my body's needs are definitely not what they were at 14 or 34. Watching other women have similar struggles with nutrition grew my interest in helping us live flourishing lives from start to finish, through better nutrition.

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION,
using food and nutrients to aid in specific areas of health and wellness has been a long-time passion of mine so I try to incorporate it into much of my client care.

When I'm not in the kitchen or working, I love watching my kids' sports (hockey goalie and water polo), painting, reading, traveling, and being in nature.
